Celadon Drivers Have The Plan
One of the best ways to supplement your annual income is to find a second job. Celadon has a program in place to pay drivers within our fleet for recruiting other qualified drivers who successfully complete our orientation process and take that first dispatch. Here is a job that knows no boundaries. No matter where you are or what time it is you can always find someone to discuss your profession. Your prospects want to hear about a better deal and who better to tell them than you?
Celadon has "The Plan" in place that can earn you hundreds if not thousands of dollars just for referring new drivers to the company. Additionally, we have informational material, which can be obtained at any terminal to help you with the details. These include brochures, tapes, and applications, which give you the most current company programs. All you have to do is make sure your name and truck number is put on any information provided to the Recruiting Department prior to the applicant’s attendance in the Orientation class.

$250.00** paid after recruit takes first dispatch.
$750.00** paid after 90 days.

$250.00** paid after O/O takes first dispatch.
$750.00** paid after 90 days.
